1. Who we are
SamKing is operated by SAMUEL KING WX INC, 120 S Washington St, Evans City, PA 16033, United States. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the shop, place an order, or email us, and how to reach us about it. Questions can be sent to service@samking.shop. We reply Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
2. Information you give us
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, billing address, and the items you buy. If you write to us, we keep that email and your order number so we can answer. If you join the newsletter, we keep the email address you submit. We do not ask for more than we need to complete the order or reply to you.
3. Payment information
Card numbers are entered on the checkout page and processed by the payment provider used at checkout. SamKing does not store your full card number or security code. We receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded, and the last digits where the provider shows them, so we can match the order.
4. Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, the shop platform may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This is used to run the site, remember your cart, and understand which pages are used. We do not use this to build a profile for sale to other companies.
5. How we use it
We use this information to take payment, ship the order, send tracking, handle a return, and answer a question you send us. We also use it to detect fraud and to keep the required tax and accounting records. Newsletter mail is sent only if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe in the email.
6. Who helps us
We share information only with the services that perform the work:
- Shopify, which hosts the store and checkout
- The payment provider that processes the charge
- USPS or UPS, to deliver the package or a return
- Our email provider, to send order messages and, if you opted in, the newsletter
These parties may use the information only to perform that service. We do not sell your name, address, email, or order history. We do not share it for another company’s advertising.
7. How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for the period required by U.S. accounting rules, generally up to seven years. Support emails are kept while the question is open and for a reasonable time after, so we can refer to the order if you write again. You may ask us to delete a newsletter address at any time.
8. Your choices
You may email service@samking.shop to ask what order information we hold, to correct an address on an unshipped order, or to stop newsletter mail. If you are a California resident, you may also ask us to delete personal information we are not required to keep for a legal or accounting reason, and you may ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
9. Children
The shop is for adults buying men’s clothing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Security
Checkout is handled on the hosted payment page. We limit access to order information to the people who fulfill and support orders. No method of storage or email is perfectly secure. Please use a current browser and do not send a full card number by email.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with the date. A change does not apply to an order already placed, except where the law requires it.
