1. Agreement
These terms apply when you browse samking.shop or place an order. SAMUEL KING WX INC is located at 120 S Washington St, Evans City, PA 16033, United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Shipping Policy, the Return & Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If a point on those pages is more specific, that page controls for that point.

2. The shop
SamKing sells men’s clothing to customers in the United States. We may update a product, a price, or a size chart. A change does not alter an order that has already been paid, except where we must cancel it under section 5.

3. Product information
Titles, descriptions, colors, and fiber content are written to match the item. Photographs show the color as accurately as the screen allows. A screen may display a shade differently. Measurements are in inches. The stated tolerance is about 0.4–1.2 in (1–3 cm). Please read the size chart on that product before you order. A fit note is not a promise that the garment will fit every body.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD and are shown before you pay. Tax is added at checkout where required. Standard shipping is free on a merchandise subtotal of $80 or more after discounts and before tax. Under $80, standard shipping is $5.99. Payment is taken by the checkout provider. We do not store your full card number. An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email.

5. Orders we may not complete
We may cancel an order if payment is not completed, the item is no longer available, the address is outside the delivery area, or the order appears to be in error or unauthorized. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount charged to the original payment method. We will email the address on the order.

6. Shipping
We ship from the United States to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, military mail, or any address outside the United States. Processing is 1–3 business days. Transit after the carrier accepts the package is estimated at 4–7 business days. The cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day. Full rules are in the Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds
An eligible item may be returned within 30 days of the carrier delivery date. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where we shipped the wrong item, the wrong size on the order, or a defective item. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. There is no restocking fee. Steps and exclusions are in the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Your account and email
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, address, and email on the order. Please keep the confirmation email. It is how we match a return or a question to the purchase. Service mail is answered Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, at service@samking.shop.

9. Acceptable use
Please use the site to view products and place a personal order. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit a false order, or use another person’s payment method without permission. We may refuse an order that appears to breach this section.

10. Our content
Photographs, text, and the SamKing name on this site belong to SAMUEL KING WX INC or its licensors. You may not copy them for your own shop. A personal copy of a page for your own reference is fine.

11. Liability
We will refund or replace an item when the Return & Refund Policy says so. We are not liable for a delay caused by the carrier, for a package the carrier marks delivered, or for a loss that results from an incorrect address you provided. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Pennsylvania law.

12. Disputes
Please email service@samking.shop first and include the order number. We would like to resolve the question directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A dispute that we cannot resolve may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version on the page at the time you place the order applies to that order.
